I suspect that these letters haven't really gone through the mail. The date postmark of the accepting post office is missing.
The custom in the USA was this: on registered letters the date postmark was struck separately and did not touch the stamps. The stamps were cancelled with a "mute" cancel (usually a double oval).

Your two envelopes look like fakes, made up for Halloween. As far as I can see, real Fancy Cancels should be from the 19th century.
But it would be preferable if a specialist for US philately could answer you.

It takes a specialist in Fancy Cancels to answer that question.
Fancy Cancelswere introduced by Potmasters in the 19th century as smaller towns did not receive canceling devices so the postmasters had to figure out a way to obliterate stamps. Some postmasters became artists in cutting wine corks into cancel devices . The Waterbury PM is particularly known for his artistry..
Sometimes around the early 20thcentury, the PO forbid fancy cancels. Pretty much noone cared for decades so there are "modern" fancy cancels around.
A quick search found a "cat cancel cover" from Cat Creek, Minnesota, offered on us ebay by Stuart Katz, and he wants quite a hefty sum for it ($750)
That doesn't mean your "cat" is as valuable (or that Katz ever gets that money). A lot of those modern fancy cancel covers are favour cancels by PMs of small towns who ran under the radar of the USPostal Service.

The name Shockley seems to be often on those 20th century fancy cancels. Price begin perhaps at 40 EUR and going a bit up depending on the subject of the cancels.

Ich habe die chinesischen Buchstaben bei Google translate übertragen, und es wurde tadellos übersetzt.
Für Chinesisch braucht man gar keine besondere App, Google kann alles.,

http://deepl.com/translate is not bad, either, but it hasn't got quite the variety of languages. But I found it rather precise.
xiaolin hat auch in seinen Beiträgen mehrfach geschrieben, das man ihm auch in Deutsch schreiben kann. 
Es macht aber keiner.

Dann übersetze einmal z.B. "Postbote" - also ein philatelistischer Begriff - in das französische.
Außerdem ist "Tante G...." nicht in allen Ländern immer präsent. Wird auch gerne einmal abgeschaltet.
Solange ich philatelistische Begriffe "anlernen kann", ist mir ein Übersetzer (für den privatgebrauch kostenfrrei") immer lieber, zumal er mir ganze Dokumente in Sekunden übersetzen kann.
Ich habe bei dieser SW einige philatelistische Begriffe "eingelernt".
Warum sollte eine Briefmarke "Kaugummie" auf der Rückseite haben?
