No. 4 on your stockcard could possibly be Mi149b, however on looking closely at the printing, it appears to be a "dry" print which could erroneously point to a similarity with a 149b. Only an Expertiser can state with any certainty into which category this stamps falls.
To your advantage, this stamp is relatively easy to purchase in quantity, i.e. cheap. I would advise doing this to build up a reference stock.
To my knowledge Stanley Gibbons do not list this shade, I do not have a Scott to see if they do. Perhaps someone here can clarify this.

ich habe einige hundert ungepruefte 149 - die farbenvielfalt ist ja doch sehr umfangreich
wenn man mal eine 149b vor sich liegen hat und ein Vergleichsstück besitzt ist es relativ einfach.
Ich versuche heute am Abend mal einen Scan zu machen, wobei in der Regel ein Scan nicht immer die Verhältnisse so darstellt wie diese wirklich sind.
