The letter seems to be a local letter from and to Feltre, a town in Belluno Province, in the Region of Venice.
The round cancellation is from the District Commissariat of Feltre.
The address is difficult to read, but seems to be for the Management (Direzione) of the Hospital of Feltre.
The name is to an assistant of ?, a lady called Giovanna Parindiguero (?).
Ciao Xiaolin,
I would have translated your letter, but I would need a scan of the whole text to be able to tell you exactly what is written.
This is a police officer's accompanying letter for a "sick" person.
Meanwhile, I can translate what is written on the title page:
N° 945
Scortante la sifilitica
Giovanna Perin di Quero
Alla direzione dell'Ospedale di Feltre
firma poliziotto
escorted the syphilitic
Giovanna Perin from Quero (is a small town near Feltre, see here: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quero_Vas)
At the direction of the Hospital of Feltre
policeman's signature
I look forward to the full scan
Un saluto da Giovanni
Jean Philippe, Monte Grappa
Thank you very much, you help me!
