I think you did not understand the problem.

It is virtualy impossible to create a single FDC to have send to you. Only people that collect real send German FDCs by themself could be able to send one to you.
Since German FDCs are considerd worthless, there are only a few collectors around. Many people have lost a lot of money by collecting FDCs in the 1970s and 1980s.

How did they lose a lot of money??
Nobody need them in Germany? large quantity?
If they didn't sell those FDCs, I think they didn't lost money actually.
They can sell them on EBAY and other auction website. maybe abroad collectors like them very much.

The lose of money is caused by several problems.

First of all, creating such a fdc is a little bit expensive. You have to buy the stamp itself which you are sticking on the fdc, an then you need additional an stamp for the cover in which you are sending the whole thing to the post office (there are only two ones in Germany which got the first-day-special-stamps) for stamping. So you have costs of at least 1 € for a fdc.

So long you spend so much money for your own pleasure, it is your problem. The critical pint is, if you are trying to sell your fdc collection. Critical because, only few people in Germany are collecting fdc. German stamps (espacially the modern ones after 1955) are very rare with good used stamps, special-stamps are not liked. In general stamps on fdc do not have ordinary used stamps, but special stamps. So you can get only a very low percentage of the catalogue worth. The money you get by selling fdc is fewer as the 1 € you have payed for getting the fdc.

Many long-time collector who sold his collection after many years experienced instead of an increase of the worth a more or less huge disprofit.

so most of collector think real posted FDC very expensive and worthless.
then only few collector make it. only a little quantity real posted FDC you can find in the future.
Maybe it will very expensive in the market.

on the other hand.
you can get mint stamps easily in the future, but You can't make real posted FDC after issue day.
