the perforation is not misplaced, it is not a fake. It was an error in the printing-house. The text is shifted to the left side directly on the perforation. It is not a real postage stamp error, the printing-house have not seen this error at the control to destroy these stamps.
There are collectors (specially italian collectors), who pay more money for such pressure deviations.

Hi, this is a couple from the Turin Chess World Championships issued May 20, 2006, Sassone number 2912. The catalog shows the variety with the heavily moved vertical perforation, not this one which is horizontal. I wonder why such a particular specimen arrived in China, it is normally reserved for a few specialists here in Italy.
However, it does not seem false.
