1, UNDELIVERABLE, what's the letter (mailing address, accepted address)?
2, PARTI label; red stamp, orange red label, white label. What are they?
3, this registered post office address: Warschau C1, is the Jewish Ghetto post office in Warsaw?

"Abgereist/Parti/Partito" means "Has left" in German/French/Italian (three official Swiss languages).
Here is something in english about the post(office) in the ghetto:
c1, was the postoffice of the ghetto.
To the other questions, the mailing address was: Marek Ldzislau, Niedezöck (?), Kanton Bern (in Switzerland), but this was properply an old address, it was said "Neuchatel", "Bez Gefängnis" (Bez means Bezirk / District, Gefängnis = Prison)
And it was going to the Feldpostdirektion (Militäryoffice), I assume the recipent was now in the military of the switzerland (prison?) The orange sticker is in 3 languages, so it was from switzerland, its kind of guidance sticker. (Military was hiding always where the persons are)
The letter was sent from Warsaw to Niederoesch (Canton of Bern in Switzerland), where it arrived on January 5th, 1943. But since the addressee had left (Parti), it was sent on to Neuchâtel in the neighboring Canton, apparently to the prison in that town. It arrived in Neuchâtel on January 7th, 1943.
There is one military indication "Zuzustellen Feldpostdirektion" (To be delivered - Military field post command), only in German, so probably not Swiss.
And one civilian indication "Leitzettel" in the three Swiss languages, directing the letter to Schötz which is in the canton of Lucerne.
This makes it difficult to ascertain the precise path followed by the letter in Switzerland, in particular as some handwritten notes are illegible.
There is one note saying "Polish language".
