1941 Germany to USA Cover

Hello there,
The sender is Jewish and under the Nuremberg laws was forced to add "Israel" to his name ..
What's this handwritten address? Are Add, "Sara" to she name?

If people didn't have a jew sounding name, which shows the german people that it's a jew they had to use mit begin of 1939 the additional name Israel or Sara.

The letter was written by Leopld, done with machine type on the back. The letter itself was send by:
Einlieferin (committal) Franzi Sara (jew mark) Fischer, she was to one wo went to the post office and gave the letter up.
