just a guess. There is no relationship between the german youth hostels and the "Hitler Jugend" but on the "Archivkarte" is a hint: "Spezialeinrichtungen: Für auswechsel. Klisch. einger." That means, the text-block can be changed. My guess: The text-block with the german youth hostels was changed (perhaps on april, 15th 1942) to a new text block with "Hitler Jugend"

This passage from Wikipedia postulates that the German Youthhostel Organisation made a deal with the NSDAP to cooperate with them and become a part of the Hitler-Jugend. Wether they did it of their own will or wether they were forced to do so is not said.
