I don't know the answer to question 1, nor where the card came from, because the code numbers (here fp 34005) were meant to hide the location of the sender. The text implies that the card came from the Russian front.
The addressee is the soldier's mother in Klagenfurt (Kärnten) Austria (Ostmark at the time).
