I have seen an example of your card in your English forum, addressed to this man. I think, it was not a famous dealer or other known man in Berlin, but only a private collector in this time, whose speciality were postal stationeries. Either he sent these cards himself to his own address in Berlin or friends of him sent him the cards.

I found these informations by the Zurich University in Switzerland under number 10307 about a Heinrich Treitel from Berlin:
He was born at 1875, 1894 he was half a year in summer on the University of Zurich as philosophy student, and his address was to this time Berlin, Victoriastr. 7. May be, he moved later to the address Berlin, Hardenbergstr. 9 a in the district Charlottenburg 2.
His last name Treitel could be a Jewish name.1923 like on the card he was 48 years old, perhaps he could be the collector you are searching for.
