...You know, this territory YUGOSLAVIA are very interesting, and very hard to complete and specialize as there are Occupation period, pre-WWI, SHS period and go for... till end of it at the time when it was under name of Serbia and Montenegro.
Most valued are period 1918, than come 1940/45 Occupation, and last years of existence under name of Serbia and Montenegro.

...You know, as I specialized in Yugoslavia and former Republics of Yugoslavia, this Bosnia issues, in different shapes, are coming from Bosnia - Sarajevo part, other part of Bosnia as Republika Srpska (Banja Luka) and Herceg Bosna (Mostar), still keep "standard" format of small sheets (8 stamps + one gutter in middle - kleinbogen).
I personally, don't like it, as it is just marketing effort, not more than that, but other collectors probably like it.
Oceania countries You mentioned, have different shapes and values, but there are another story of marketing.

...as I have a few samples of it ..... here You can see this set (Michel 717/723) in some nice varieties (# 760 included), as #719 I, # 720 in black, and # 723 I variation. In used condition this low valued listing are just because, it was used in quantities, in regular mail, so there are lot of used material, except this highest face value.
I wish You really GOOD luck in specializing in this field, as early period of Yugoslavia (SHS period and Kingdom), are very hard to complete, and very hard to separate lot of fake issues and reprints.
So, You will need really good mentor and good knowledge to make one specialized collection of this country.
Detecting and correctly identifying some items will be very hard on any web portals, so, if You need help, You will need to made contact on personal email, with good resolution in scan jpg format, so someone can properly made identification and help You with questions.

...as we see now, Kosovo is still Serbian Autonomy, and some part of this territory use postage stamps with Kosova inscription. But, another part (where is Serbian population in majority), still use Serbian postage stamps. So it will be very difficult for "ordinary" collectors to follow and keep updated this collection.
Personally, I think, that JUST postage stamps of UNMIK are valid, as Kosovo is NOT independent country (and hardly will be), and UPU Organization, recognize just INDEPENDENT countries as members of UPU, so, we have one great mess in this matter.
To inform other collectors, to keep an eye of BOGUS issues, printed by some privat dealers (mostly in England), that produce lot of postage stamps like, with Kosova name, this is due opportunity that law allow to use this name freely, as it is NOT name of any independent country.
