sorry for the delay. In my Michel catalogue I could not find something about a printed error in this stamp sheet (Michel-No. Block 32 of 1950). The colour of the scratch is the same like on the sheet next to the stamps. Probably it was a waste in printing, not important enough for a stamps variety in a catalogue.
