Hello everyone unfortunatly i don't speak German
I just found this german stamp where i haven't found even on catalogs some infors.
I guess is a rare variation maybe, any info would be apreciated!

This is not a postage stamp,but a receipt for the payment by Nazi party members of their contribution to the party at the occasion of the congress in 1939.
