    1. The postmark is: B. 6 K. and not B.Ö.K. and means: Baden 6 Kreuzer. This is the surcharge for a letter to France.

    2. The blue number 6 is presumably the same surcharge, but handwritten.

    3. The oval red seal is a private mark of the sender in Stuttgart, a company called Fridr.(ich) Jobs or something like that

    4. The postal shipping cost to France was 9 Kreuzer (3 Kreuzer inland and 6 Kreuzer to France).

    BADE-STRASB means Baden-Strasbourg (France).
