I checked it, the promotional cards is absolutely genuine.the date of March 12, 1945. Text, stamp and postmark are not true, I think it is fake!
I mainly want to ask:

I've got them
the Nazi government issued officiaiiy a command (1939) to add the middle name, "isral" for men and "Sara" for women on all personal documents-mail included - of german jews, beginning january 1939 ... second decree supplementing the law regarding the change of family names of 17 august 1938 required that jews wrer not allowed to have Aryan sounding name and therefore women had to add sara to their names。
