Letter Sweden-Argentina

    Hello,
    I should appreciate information about the argentinian stamp on this letter.
    As we understand it the forwarding of foreign mail was supposed to be free of charge under the rules of UPU? Had Argentina made exceptions to that, or what has been charged?
    The postage from Sweden is correct.

    The letter was sent c/o Carlos Clausson, but Edvin Holst has changed his address. So Carlos Clausson sent the letter to the new address of Edvin Holst and had to pay the Argentinian postal rate for it.
