When I need to check the shipping process I use https://pkge.net/ to do this. They even have a special service for checking parcels sent via China Post, I think. Because I have traced all of my parcels from Ali through this site. But "arrived and received" may mean that the parcel that it was "arrived and received" to the post office and will be delivered or transferred to the receiver later.
