Das Sammelgebiet Niederländisch Antillen ist ab morgen abgeschlossen.
Die Niederländischen Antillen sind bekanntlich ein niederländisches Überseegebiet was am Sonntag dem 10.10.2010 aufhört zu existieren.

Curaçao and Sint Maarten will become autonomous countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, while Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius will be municipalities of the same Kingdom.Curaçao and Sint Maarten will share a common currency, to be called probably "Caribbean gulden" at par with the Netherlands Antilles gulden. In practice the notes and coins issued by the Bank van de Nederlandse Antillen will continue to be used until new ones are produced. There is a decree that orders the printing of notes of 10; 20; 50; 100 and 200 Caribbean gulden.
The ISO code ANG will be replaced by CMG (Curaçao St Maarten gulden.)
Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius will adopt the United States dollar on January 1, 2011. Commercial banks will convert balances in Caribbean gulden to U.S. dollars at the rate of 1.79. The Nederlandse Bank will be in charge of collecting the coins and notes, to present them to the successor of the Bank van de Nederlandse Antillen.
Als weitere Info sei noch zu sagen: It has been officially decided that the name of the successor of the Bank van the Nederlandse Antillen will be "Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten."
